the Reindeer diet

The surgeon general has stated that Santa is too fat. He is a poor role model for children, being fat and eating nothing but cookies and milk.. their resolution? that Children should put out more healthy foods for Santa such as Celery and carrots, so he can also share with his reindeer.

Hmmm.. so, its the fat that makes him a role model? whether he is thin or not makes him a role model?

not the fact that Santa takes his time all year long to make sure every person gets a present out of his own good will.. that he thinks of everyone to make their holiday special? that he doesnt ask for money or anything in return except you be good? not that he is Jolly and cares for people and is always smiling with a warm heart? Those things dont make a good role model? what about risking his life each year dealing with chimneys and houses that dont have chimneys... snow, sleet, reindeer poop, the hot climates in other parts of our world while he is wearing his heavy suit just to visit the children and give them a toy!!!

Maybe they should show children that Once a year, feasting on nothing but cookies doesnt hurt you, nor will it make you fat. and that being fat or thin does not make you a role model!

ps.. If I was santa, and you left me celery to sustain my long night of gift giving, I'd leave you Reindeer poop and possibly something dead i found on the street.

Matt and I were discussing with Kaytlin about what the men in white shirts and ties, who go door to door were.. and the difference between the two.. Jahova witnesses and Mormons.. Kaytlin exclaims she knows what a Mormon is!.. its those people who move around a bunch.. they learned about them in school.. Matt and I look at eachother with a What? kind of look.. she says.. yeah we learned all about those.... then she said.. was it Mormons or Nomads?

hmmm... ? interesting outlook.. im not sure anymore..
